This means making sure that my child gets plenty of fresh air and exercise, eats well, and avoids any stimulating foods or drinks that could interfere with their sleep. It's also important to practice good sleep habits throughout the day, such as reading a book together that outlines the bedtime routine, so that my child knows what to expect when it's time for bed.

As a mother, I have found that having a consistent bedtime routine has made a huge difference in my toddler's sleep patterns. About an hour before bedtime, I start to dim the lights and turn off any screens, while playing some low, calming white noise in the background. We snuggle together in bed, read a few stories, and have some sweet talk about the things we're grateful for from the day and what we're looking forward to tomorrow. Finally, I sing a Lullaby and say goodnight to my little one. This routine has helped my toddler fall asleep more easily and sleep through the night with fewer disturbances.
